About Us
MGA Tutors has been tutoring young people since 1992. Professor Michael Grantham, the Principal is fully qualified and has been tutoring young people since 1992. Mike has an enhanced DBS check for working with young people and is a STEM Ambassador working with schools providing careers advice and technical lectures to secondary and A Level students. There are no agency fees to pay, other than the normal hourly tuition fees, which will be given when you enquire. We specialise in Science and Maths, including Chemistry, Physics and Biology separate sciences.
Rates
Flexible Rates
Our rates are very reasonable, but please email us or call for rates. We can usually be flexible in cases of genuine difficulty.
Travel Charge
The traveling charge is included in the tuition fee and covers the mileage and time required to reach the student. If the travel time is long, we may ask for a small additional fee to cover travel. This will be agreed with the tutee/parent before and charge is imposed.
No Agency Fees
You pay these fees directly to the tutor – you do not pay any agency fees.

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, or by credit or debit card. Please enquire if you wish to pay by this method.
